As a Christian mental health coach, I help clients integrate wisdom from Scripture with knowledge from psychology and neuroscience to improve their mental, emotional and relational health. As a trauma-informed coaching specialist, I walk with clients on a healing journey to reclaim their identities, rebuild their lives and cultivate a hopeful vision for the future.

Special Areas of Focus

Trauma-Informed Coaching for clients recovering from emotional, spiritual or narcissistic abuse, Religious Trauma or Scrupulosity (Religious/Moral OCD)

Compassionate Coaching and Support for clients with complex chronic medical conditions, such as ME/CFS, Long Covid or Fibromyalgia
